Robin Manoogian’s impressive list of clients over 25 years in the profession include President Bill Clinton, Senator Hilary Clinton, Aretha Franklin, and many other entertainers, as well as numerous local TV personalities and socialites. After years of working in the entertainment industry doing makeup for celebrities, Robin brings her skills and expertise to Royal Oak so that everyone can get the star treatment

Makeup Artist

Marla has been a makeup artist at About Face for over 15 years. Her work has appeared on camera, in national magazines, video productions, major ad campaigns, and fashion spreads. Some of the notable places her work has appeared include: WXYZ TV Channel 7, WDIV Channel 4, Harpers Bazaar, More Magazine, Detroit Wedding, and Hour Magazine. Marla is a master educator in cosmetic application and specializes in corrective makeup and makeup enhancement.

Marla enjoys her days at About Face with her local clientel where her expertise is fun, informative, and educational. Marla's signature style is the "Natural Look".

Lisa Dalessandro

Office Manager

Lisa has been the office manager at About Face for 2 years. Her journey in the customer service industry began 15 years ago with companies like Pan American World Airways and Northwest Airlines where she was also an Italian interpreter. Lisa has had the opportunity to interact with a diverse population and individuals of all ages.

Lisa loves spending time with her nephews Anthony and Claudio and her neice Isabella.

Makeup Artist

Amelia is in her fifth year at About Face.
She has developed a loyal clientel specializing in eyebrow tweezing and makeup services on a daily basis. She is also known for bringing her talents on location for special events including photo shoots, television, weddings, bat and bar mitzvahs, proms, parties, and more. In Amelia's experience she has worked for notable people and events such as mayoral and gubernatorial debates, different personalities for WXYZ/Spotlight on the News, and photo shoots for the Red Wings. Amelia lives in Royal Oak and spends her free time hanging out with close friends and family, traveling, and going to school.

In my 20 years in the beauty industry I have worn many hats. I never tire of the constant contact with both my clients and co-workers.
As an esthetician/cosmetologist I have continued my formal education with extensive training in protocols & procedures of both facials and body treatments including hair removal.
The last 10 of my 15 year affiliation with REPECHAGE I have been a National Platform Educator as well as the Mid-West Educational Director. My professionalism and educational skills are a direct result of my association and friendship with Lydia Sarfati, the owner & creator of the Repechage line.
